Monitored services are checked directly and through their public endpoints. An outage requires at least 120 seconds of persistent failure; an observer connection error alone is not counted as downtime. An intentionally stopped standby API is shown as standby. Days without observations show no data. If the entire router server goes offline, this page is also unavailable.
